Authenticity appears when there is cohesion in your words, actions, and beliefs that consistently match your identity.

Expectations can be your worst enemy. I'm here to tell you that suffering is not the end of the story. Unfortunate events in our lives can serve as great teachers. Harmful and undesirable situations can show you your strengths and serve as great sources of motivation.
