Jessica Hatchett, the Founder + Content Strategist at Hatchett Project, is an agile and resourceful professional with a track record of success in customer-centric roles. She is able to leverage her analytical ability and creative problem solving skills to deeply understand customer goals and fuel their growth. In her spare time, Jessica works diligently towards her personal growth and professional goals. She is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Advertising and is an MBA Graduate from Baylor University’s Executive MBA program. As a perpetual student she has established a track record of continuing her education by earning several professional certifications throughout the years including the Certified Associate in Project Management certification (CAPM), the Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM) and most recently, the Certified Customer Success Management certification (CCSM). In her spare time, Jessica is an avid reader and music enthusiast. She is a true Austinite, having lived in the capital city for over 20 years and is the Dog Mom to Layla, a Husky rescue mix.
