Jessica is an adaptive leader, continuous learner, and customer service and sales expert. She works as a Sales Development Representative at NinjaOne, an IT management software company that aims to simplify IT operations. Jessica’s professional background before joining forces with NinjaOne was in Residential Real Estate Sales and Consulting, Retail Sales and Management, and Quality Assurance Management.

Jessica’s educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Baylor University. Throughout her educational pursuits, she has honed her leadership skills, collaborative working style, and strong communication capabilities.
